The Niseko mountain has four ski areas and three villages, Annupuri, Higashiyama and Grand Hirafu which are all connected at the base with a free shuttle bus.
Massive quantities of snow fall regularly, so don’t worry about snow shortages!

Apart from the skiing, there’s much to sample that’s so very different from any other winter holiday in Europe or the Rockies.
Things to do include: Husky dog sledging, snowmobiling, skating, night skiing, bars, restaurants, ‘Dancing Waters’ fountain display, gift shops, Japanese crafts centre, Snow rafting, Snow tubing, Day trips to Sapporo, Saporro Ice Festival in February.
Both resorts have convenience stores and plenty of shops. Try a local onsen (outdoor natural hot springs) for which Japan is famous. There are a selection of bars and restaurants in both resorts.
