Les Menuires Resort Information

At 1,815m purpose built Les Menuires is just below Val Thorens, providing great conditions and a convenient, good value foothold in the Three Valleys. 

Lifts radiate out in all directions from the village giving easy and quick access to the ski area whilst the resort itself has a good selection of bars and restaurants to keep visitors entertained.

The enormity of The Three Valleys ski area without the added expense; Les Menuires is by far the most reasonably priced of all.

With its own local nursery slopes it’s a good resort for beginners and families, whilst intermediates and advanced will enjoy exploring the fast links up the mountain into Val Thorens and onwards into the infamous, 600km Three Valleys area.

Those looking to experience the magnitude of this ski area without the glitz and extravagancy of some of the other resorts will find Les Menuires a perfect compromise.

Most accommodation offered has an enviable piste side location and nowhere is far from the lifts. The centre is based around precinct style buildings which house après-ski bars and a good choice of reasonably priced international restaurants.

Although this village is described as quiet there are certainly plenty of bars and two nightclubs to choose from.
