About Accommodation
Fully ensuite chalets for 10 that are also in a great location are hard to find in Val d'Isère, which helps to explain why Chalet La Grande Casse is usually full for the whole season long before the ski lifts start running. Attractively designed and solidly built, this ski chalet occupies the ground floor of a development of 7 chalets in an excellent sunny position near the centre of Val d'Isère. Chalet La Grande Casse’s lounge area is warm and cosy with a handsome stone fireplace and its dining area is light and airy, thanks to the French windows which open out onto a large terrace looking west towards La Daille. All 5 twin bedrooms are a good size and have full ensuite facilities (including baths) and balconies and as if that wasn’t enough, your holiday can be made even more relaxing by spending your après-ski sinking into the large outdoor hot tub. Free WiFi access is also available in Chalet La Grand Casse. To catch the free bus into town, you can wait (but never for long!) at the bus stop two minutes’ away or if you would prefer to walk, it takes around eight minutes to reach the town centre.
