The Delta Sun Peaks Resort is the most luxurious hotel in Sun Peaks. It features both hotel rooms and residences. Hotel rooms are tastefully furnished and have either a mountain or courtyard view. The Delta Residences are in an attached building and comprise of 1 and 2 bedroom condos. The resort itself has an abundance of facilities to keep everyone entertained throughout their stay. Guests can enjoy use of the outdoor slope-view pool, hot tubs, steam room, sauna, massage facilities, games room and an extensive 24 hour fitness centre. There is a variety of retail shops, a lively sports bar and nightclub as well as an excellent restaurant with terrace, where children under 6 eat free when accompanied by a paying adult.

The Delta Sun Peaks has arguably the best location in the resort, being situated at the bottom of the slopes right in the village centre, just metres from the lifts and ski school.
