About Accommodation
The Thunderhead is a rustic open-plan lodge with granite counters, leather sofas and an incredible level of comfort. Located in the stunning Burgess Creek area, Thunderhead is a true ski-in/out chalet offering easy access to the slopes for everyone. With an outdoor hot tub waiting on your return and a private chef cooking fantastic meals daily, there really is no better way to enjoy Steamboat. NB: Please note that this chalets= can only be booked for sole occupancy, and is not run by Skiworld staff.
Quite possibly the finest ski-in/out property to be found in Steamboat. Situated right at the bottom of the Thunderhead lift, there are easy runs available so that all skier levels could stay at the chalet. The resort of Steamboat is approximately a 5 minute drive away and with a private on call ski shuttle available, you’ll be able to ease around at your leisure.
6 luxurious bedrooms and 5 bathrooms mean plenty of space for everyone with a distinctly European chalet feel. Robes and slippers are also complimentary.
