About Accommodation
The residence offers a private indoor, heated swimming pool with spectacular views, cardio-training room, sauna and steam room, which are free for residents (reservation need to be made at reception for the sauna and steam rooms). There is also a spa treatment area at an extra charge. Please note that as the apartments have been built in a traditional style, some apartments on the higher floors may have sloping ceilings. .
This residence has an amazingly central location. There are 3 buildings and a total of 70 apartments, situated right by the train station in the centre of Chamonix.
In every apartment: - Equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, 4 ceramic hobs, fridge and a multifunction oven. - Television and a balcony - Telephone (payable locally) - Beds made on arrival, end of stay cleaning (except the kitchen area), bed linen and towels are all included. A cleaning kit is also included - Underground car parking is approx. 8€ per day, subject to availability. 2 room 3/4 persons: Living room with one sofa bed and one single pull out bed or a double sofa bed, one bedroom with twin beds side by side separated from the living room by a door or a curtain, bathroom or shower room, WC. 2 room cabin 4/6 persons: Living room with one sofa bed and one single pull out bed, one bedroom with twin beds side by side, cabin with bunk beds (1m80) or two single beds or a sofa bed and a single pull out bed. Bathroom or shower room, WC. Please note that a “cabin” is not a separate room. 3 room 4 persons: Living room, two bedrooms under eaves each with twin beds side by side. Bathroom or shower room, WC. 3 room 5/6 persons: living room with one sofa bed and one single pull out bed, two bedroom with twin beds side by side. Bathroom or shower room, WC. 4 room 7/8 persons: Living room with one sofa bed and one single pull out bed, three bedroom each with twin beds side by side. Bathroom or shower room, WC, one further shower room.
