Chairlift Horror 'Frozen' Wows Sundance
Category: General news | Published: 27th January 2010

Director Adam Green presented his new alpine horror at the Annual 'Sundance' Film festival in Park City, Utah last weekend.

The story follows three college students played by Emma Bell, Shawn Ashmore, Kevin Zegers who decide to bribe a lift operator to let them go back up the mountain for one last ride on an otherwise uneventful ski trip. However, when the lift operator shuts down for the night, the trio are left stranded 50 ft in the air, with the lifts (somehwhat implausibly) due to reopen in another week! Subsequently, the trio struggle to battle the elements and the mountain's nocturnal beasts as they settle in for a cold and uncompromising night.
