The season in Chile runs from June – October and offers plenty of uncrowded pistes perfect for intermediate or advanced skiers. Just as Portillo, Valle Navado covers a huge area and has plenty of heliskiing opportunities.
Apres Ski in Valle Nevado
In all Chilean resorts, the majority of the après ski takes place at the hotels themselves, with the general vibe to kick back and enjoy the Andes with a glass of local wine. However, if you are looking for something a bit livelier then there is a relaxed nightlife with the Piano bar being a livelier place to visit earlier in the evening before heading to the Snowbird Disco for those wanting to dance away.
