St Johann Ski Resort, Austria

Multicultural and exciting, with stunning views
St. Johann is a small, picturesque town nestling between the towering Kitzbüheler Horn and the majestic Wilder Kaiser mountains. There's a vibrant international feel here, yet the resort retains all the charm of a traditional Tirolean village with its 'picture postcard' centre.

With many north-facing slopes, the resort boasts a good snow record and is an excellent choice for groups of mixed ability skiers. The area pass ('Schneewinkel') opens up a wealth of other possibilities, encompassing the ski areas of 10 resorts, all linked by local bus services.

The Steinplatte area even allows you to ski/board into Germany!

Beginners will find the proximity of the nursery slopes convinient and St. Johann’s friendly ski instructors will ensure your quick progress. More confident skiers and boarders are bound to enjoy the tree-lined slopes on the Steinplatte and Fieberbrunn, reached by free ski bus.
