About the Skiing and Boarding in Portillo
This very high altitude resort is located on the argentine boarder and offers plenty of runs, ideal for the intermediate or more advanced skier/boarder. Just as Valle Navado, Portillo runs from June – October and covers a huge area of piste with plenty of heliskiing opportunities.
Apres Ski in Portillo
With the resort village all but made up of the single bright yellow hotel, most activity occurs in the hotel itself. So like Valle Nevado, the nightlife is limited. However the resort offers a deckside swimming pool, live music in the local bar and an all night disco before its back to bed to prepare for another day in this snowy wonderland.
