About the Skiing and Boarding in Kaprun
This snow sure resort lies at the foot of the breathtaking Kitzteinhorn Glacier. The lift pass covers Kaprun areas and Zell Am See which is just a bus ride away. Popular resorts Saalbach and Maria Alm are nearby also. There is an excellent range of pistes with lots on offer for all abilities. Snowboarders can enjoy the new 150m long superpipe with 5m high walls, along with some new rails and kickers (in Kitzsteinhorn). The 'Snowboard UK' board test is held annually due to the varied terrain the resort offers.
