With a variety of different ski areas to choose from Davos ski resort offers some excellent, varied terrain for intermediate and advanced skiers, with over 300kms of pistes. You can hit a different mountain every day of your holiday, each with extensive slopes, excellent off-piste and long runs. There is even a designated freeride area where half the slopes are left ungroomed! Boarders should head for the Jakobshorn with its ‘monster-pipes’, park and boardercross as well as night-riding on Fridays. For those looking to try cross country skiing there are over 70kms of prepared trails. Back in town you will find Davos has a life beyond skiing with a large wellness centre, regular ice-hockey matches and a promenade with shops, cafés and a few night spots.
