Bulgaria Ski Holidays
Bulgaria has been a popular destination over the last years with the UK market due to its budget appeal and ideal beginner and intermediate skiing conditions.
The main 3 resorts have had a face lift over the last 2 years. Bansko and Borovets are even looking to host the winter Olympics in 2014!
The resorts are a mix of budget accommodation and high standard hotels all within close proximity to the slopes. Bulgaria has good snow record and the weather system is very different to most European resorts.
Bulgaria is loved by many who return year after year there really is plenty to offer and good skiing to..........Dont knock it until you have tried it!

Bansko |

Bansko is Bulgaria's number one ski resort. It has benefited from investment over the last few years and benefits from a long season. The building of 4/5* hotels in around the gondola area is giving the resort a 'super modernisation' in view of the Olympics in 2014 (if its held here). With over 70kms of gentle and varied slopes is plain to see why this is a draw for so many. |
